***1. Superlative Degree কে Positive Degree তে পরিবর্তন করার
সময় প্রথমে No other + প্রদত্ত Superlative এর পরের অংশ + Verb + so/as +
Superlative Degree এর Positive form + as + মূল sentence এর subject বসে। যেমন-
Super: Rahim is the tallest boy in the class.
Positive: No other boy in the class is as tall as Rahim.
Superlative Degree এর আগে Of all/of any থাকলে উঠে যায়। যেমন-
Super: It burns the prettiest of any wood.
Positive: No other wood burns so pretty as it.
***2. One of the যুক্ত Superlative Degree কে Positive
Degree তে রুপান্তরের সময় প্রথমে Very few + Superlative Degree এর পরের অংশ +
Verb এর plural form + so/as + superlative degree এর positive form + as +
sentence এর subject বসে। যেমন-
Super: Akbar was one of the greatest kings of India.
Positive: Very few kings of India were as great as
Akbar.
Comparative Degree হতে
Positive Degree
***1. Than যুক্ত Comparative Degree কে Positive Degree তে
রুপান্তরের সময় প্রথমে প্রদত্ত sentence এর than এর পরের অংশ + verb + sentence টি
affirmative হলে not বসবে আর Negative হলে not উঠে যাবে + so/as + comparative
degree এর positive form + as + প্রদত্ত sentence এর প্রথম subject বসে। যেমন-
Comp: A fox is cleverer than he.
Positive: He is not so clever as a fox.
Comp: A lion was not stronger than Babar.
Positive: Babar was as strong as a lion.
***2. Than any other/all other যুক্ত Comparative Degree কে
Positive Degree তে রুপান্তর করার সময় প্রথমে No other + any other বা all other এর
পরের অংশ + verb + so/as + comparative degree এর positive form + as + প্রদত্ত
sentence এর subject বসে। যেমন-
Comp: Dhaka is bigger than any other city in Bangladesh.
Positive: No other city in Bangladesh is so big as
Dhaka.
***3. than most other/than few other যুক্ত Comparative
Degree কে Positive Degree তে রুপান্তরের সময় প্রথমে Very few + few other/most
other এর পরের অংশ + verb এর plural form + so/as + comparative degree এর
positive form + as + প্রদত্ত sentence এর subject বসে। যেমন-
Comp: Iron is more useful than most other metals.
Positive: Very few metals are so useful as Iron.
***4. no less/not less ……... than যুক্ত Comparative
Degree কে Positive Degree তে রুপান্তর করার সময় no less বা not less এর পরিবর্তে উক্ত
জায়গায় as এবং than এর পরিবর্তে উক্ত জায়গায় as বসে, এছাড়া কোন পরিবর্তন হবে না। যেমন-
Comp: He is no less strong than you.
Positive: He is as strong as you.
Less ..... than থাকলে less এর পরিবর্তে not as এবং than এর
পরিবর্তে as বসে। যেমন-
Comp: He is less stupid than his brother.
Positive: He is not so stupid as his brother.
Superlative Degree হতে Comparative

***1. Superlative হতে Comparative Degree করার সময় প্রথমে
প্রদত্ত sentence এর subject ও verb বসবে + the উঠে যাবে + superlative এর
comparative form + than any other বসে + sentence এর অবশিষ্ট অংশ বসে। যেমন-
Super: He is the wisest man in the village.
Comp: He is wiser than any other man in the village.
*of all থাকলে of all এর পরিবর্তে than all other এবং of
any থাকলে than any other বসে। যেমন:
Super: Mr. Rahman is the noblest of all men.
Positive: Mr. Rahman is nobler than all other men.
***2. One of the যুক্ত Superlative Degree কে Comparative
Degree তে রুপান্তর করার সময় প্রথমে পদত্ত sentence এর subject ও verb বসে + one
of the উঠে যায় + superlative degree এর comparative form + than most other + প্রদত্ত
sentence এর অবশিষ্ট অংশ বসে। যেমন-
Super: Dhaka is one of the biggest cities in Bangladesh.
Comp: Dhaka is bigger than most other cities in
Bangladesh.
Positive Degree হতে

***1. No other যুক্ত Positive Degree কে Comparative করার
সময় প্রথমে প্রদত্ত sentence এর শেষের subject + verb + positive degree এর
comparative form + than any other + no other এর পর থেকে verb এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত বসে।
যেমন-
Positive: No other boy in the class is so good as he.
Comp: He is better than any other boy in the class.
***2. Very few যুক্ত Positive Degree কে Comparative করার
সময় প্রথমে প্রদত্ত sentence এর শেষের subject + verb + positive degree এর
comparative form + than most other + very few এর পর থেকে verb এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত বসে।
যেমন-
Positive: Very few kings of India were as great as
Akbar.
Comp: Akbar was greater than most other kings of India.
***3. as ...... as যুক্ত Positive Degree কে Comparative করার
সময় প্রথমে প্রদত্ত sentence এর শেষের subject + verb + sentence টি affirmative হলে
not বসে negative হলে not উঠে যায় + positive degree এর comparative form + than +
sentence টির প্রথম subject বসে। যেমন-
Positive: He is as tall as his brother.
Comp: His brother is not taller than he.

***1. Comparative Degree কে Superlative এ রুপান্তরের সময়
প্রথমে প্রদত্ত sentence এর subject ও verb + the + comparative এর superlative
form + other এর পরের অংশ বসে। যেমন-
Comp: He is wiser than any other man in the village.
Super: He is the wisest man in the village.
***2. than most other/than few other যুক্ত Comparative Degree কে Superlative করার সময় প্রথমে প্রদত্ত
sentence এর subject ও verb + one of the + Comparative degree এর superlative
form + most other/few other এর পরের অংশ বসে। যেমন-
Comp: Dhaka is bigger than most other cities in
Bangladesh.
Super: Dhaka is one of the biggest cities in Bangladesh.
Positive Degree হতে

***1. no other যুক্ত Positive Degree কে Superlative তে রুপান্তর
করতে হলে প্রথমে পদত্ত sentence এর শেষের subject + verb + the + positive degree এর
superlative form + no other এর পর থেকে verb এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত বসবে। যেমন-
Positive: No other animal is as large as the elephant.
Super: The elephant is the largest of all animals.
***2. Very few যুক্ত Positive Degree কে Superlative এ রুপান্তরের
সময় প্রথমে sentence এর শেষের subject + verb + one of the + positive degree এর
superlative form + very few এর পর থেকে verb এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত বসে। যেমন-
Positive: Very few cities in Bangladesh are as big as
Dhaka.
Super: Dhaka is one of the biggest cities in Bangladesh.
